Eric knew he could bring quality service at a great price to the Santa Barbara area and opened his shop in 1993. Within one year, news of his honesty and quality spread through the community and he was forced to move his business to its current location in Goleta to accommodate his growing customer following. Eric's reputation for honesty and quality has continued to grow and now his shop is known as one of the best, especially when it comes to driveability and smog related repairs.
Kris, Service Manager
Kris has worked with Eric cumulatively for over 12 years. He was introduced to the auto repair business when he was hired at 19. Within a year Kris was doing most of the office duties. After two years with Eric, Kris left and began work with Ford Motor Co in the customer service dept. Kris worked with two very reputable Ford dealers over the next 4 years with short stints at Daimler Chrysler and GM. In 2007 Kris was asked to move to another Ford dealer and help to rebuild its service department. After a month Ford decided to close the dealer and laid off every employee. Eric heard and invited Kris back to help run his shop. Kris has been back with Eric for 10 years now and is extremely happy to be working for such a fine facility.
Glen joined our shop in 2014. As a local technician with 30 years of experience, extensive Ford and Mazda factory training, and ASE master technician standing. He has been a welcome addition here at Eric Krebs Automotive. Glen is looking forward to providing you the best service possible and continuing to grow our reputation of honesty and quality.
